I'll work with you to design a great tailor-made event to suit your needs. It could be a standard hands-in cheese or pasta class held at your house, a  cheesemaking session with a competitive 'cheese-off' between team mates or a demonstration with cheesey treats - or something completely different! 

How about fondue? You could work in teams to create a platter of delectable items to eat with the fondue that you then prepare and cook. Of course, it could also be served with a glass of wine...
